This cable connects your Galaxy Note 3 / III (or any cell phone with USB 3.0 OTG micro-A socket) to any USB devices.
With an OTG-adapter you can connect devices such as USB Flash Drives and keyboards to tablets and smart phones with a USB 3.0 micro B connector. Note that the used devices need to support OTG. The adapter is backwards compatible with USB 2.0 devices, so you can connect USB 2.0 memory sticks, mice, keyboards etc. to your device using this adapter.
